PAYMENT

At Galleon Family Farm we have several payment options for your convenience:

  • Check. We do accept bank checks. How-ever, they must clear our bank prior to shipping or pick up day. Please write check payable to: Tetyana Shkodyak or Victor Vasilkov
  • Cash can be paid on the same day you picked up your puppy. We do NOT accept personal or business checks, cashier checks, money orders or travelers checks when taking possession of our puppies. Except for Cash, payments will have to be paid in advance or you will NOT receive your puppy on the same day you visit our kennel. You will have to come back and pick up your puppy when full payment has been received or cleared from your bank. Payment requirements also include any shipping cost owed.
  • Electronic payment services (Venmo, Zelle, Pay Pal) can be paid on the same day you picked up your puppy.

DEPOSIT

All deposits are non refundable, whether the female gets pregnant or not. We will always transfer the DEPOSIT to another litter. You will be put on a waiting list by date you put down your deposit and be put on the next available puppy. During the payment of the deposit, both parties will sign a payment document, which one confirming that the Purchaser has paid deposit, and the Seller confirms as payment toward the item being sold.

After that, the seller will receive 500$ as a non-refundable deposit for the puppy. The balance ­shall be due and payable on proposed day at which the buyer will pick up their puppy to take home.

This deposit will hold the puppy until it has been vaccinated; health checked and is ready for pick up. If the remaining balance is not paid within 5 (five) business days from notification of pup’s availability, seller may offer said puppy to another owner without any further obligation to buyer placing this deposit.

Payment of a non-refundable deposit indicates to a breeder that a potential buyer is serious and not just “window-shopping,” putting their names down on a waitlist or multiple waitlists without any intention of actually getting a puppy. Buyers who are willing to pay non-refundable deposits are typically buyers who believe they have found the right breeder for them and are committed to following through with purchasing a puppy.

Without a paid deposit, the process will be different – first come – first serve!

PRICE

Puppy Prices vary from $1500 – $3500. This is depending on show, breeding or family pet quality.

Bunny Prices vary from $50 – $200. This is depending on show, breeding or family pet quality.

Adult prices to be determined on the breeding and age. Retired or still in service.

We have NO American breeds, only West German show lines.

We give NO breeding rights, unless previously agreed on and with extra fee.

Stud service fee is $1000.

SHIPPING COST

SHIPPING OF YOUR PET IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Please refer to ground transportation “Citizen Shipper Dog Transport” or “Companion Shipper”

The cost of shipping depends on the age and weight of the adult dog or puppy we are shipping, which includes airfare, new crate, health certificate and transportation to airport.

The above shipping cost is figured on flights inside the United States, oversees will incur additional charges. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Fees include a health certificate, shipping crate and plane fare. Due to airline cost increases this is subject to change at time of shipment. All shipping costs must be paid before shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy is included in the Written Guarantee given to owners at the time of purchase.

PURCHASING DOCUMENTS

If you are going to breed or train your dog as a show dog, then you will need to get all the necessary documents at the time of buying a dog. However, if you are looking for just a family pet, you might not need all the documentation. But even then, a clean bill of health and vaccination certificates are important.

STUD SERVICE

The following must be met in order to be accepted for breeding:

  • Female German Shepherd must have good temperament;
  • Female German Shepherd must be registered;
  • Tested and found negative for vaginal culture test by a licensed veterinarian and proof in writing is to be submitted;
  • Tested and found negative for Canine Brucellosis by a licensed veterinarian with 14 days of breeding and proof in writing is to be submitted;
  • Female German Shepherd must be currently vaccinated and de-wormed;
  • Female German Shepherd must be free from ticks, fleas mites and lice;
  • Payment and signing contract is due in full upon arrival of female.
